I joined Fusion after completing an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at University of Toronto. Fusion is the perfect place for engineering students who are passionate about the consulting industry. It embraces creative ideas and diverse opinions and helps me think as a scientist while acting as an artist. Because Fusion has a flat hierarchy, everyone has the opportunity to own a project and communicate with clients at a very early stage. We use our analytical minds to dive into the data and discover the truth beneath the data. Meanwhile, we are always encouraged to look the overall company strategy and see things from a higher level. I enjoy the culture at Fusion, which is collaborative and motivating: everyone is sharing ideas and experience. The environment always motivates me to pursue the best practice that most fully develops my potential.
