Following an entrepreneurial path for the past 20 years led to co-founding SECOR Toronto (now KPMG Strategy) and Jackman Reinvents. During this time, one constant for me has been the value of analytics in all facets of business transformation. Meeting Joe Thacker, while collaborating on reinvention work for large retailers, showed how clients were profiting from his analytics, and from his team’s passion, intelligence, and unique approach. I am happy to be here at Fusion, heading our qualitative practice and working every day to help team members and clients be the best version of themselves.
